This is not a traditional academic role. It is a scale-up leadership opportunity at the intersection of education, creativity, manufacturing, and workforce development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–10 years’ of leadership experience in education, training, or creative operations
• Proven experience building or scaling programs or institutions
• Strong operational, partnership, and execution capabilities
• Passion for creativity, skills development, and social impact
